Agananuru 139

Raining season started. He didn’t return home as he assured. What happened to him, I am worrying, the heroine says to her friend-maid.
It is as dark as we in sleep. As we awake the lightning flashes in the dark. Thundering beats our heart. It is the last day in rainy season. The clouds are moving dry on the hills. It is early morning. Male antelope is happy with its female under the shadow of a Pidavam tree, after grassing and drinking pure water. Velvet meets are moving on the wet soil. These scenes proclaim, the rainy season is over. He assured me that he will return back before rainy season starts. But he didn’t. I am afraid of what would happen to him.
