Palmyra Horse |
He is wearing garland made of Erukkam
flower. He is riding an artificial horse made by the Palmyra leaves with thorns
in stem. He says to others that he will get shelter in the village. The peoples
of the village gather around him in curiosity and affection of pathetic. They asked
him to get down from the horse and to take rest under the shadow of a tree
there as the citizen enjoys happiness under the rule of good king until the heat
of the sun diminishes. He thanked them for they are showing mercy upon right venture
and informed “I wouldn’t stop my riding until the girl of beauty accepts my
love on her.
This is a kind of way and custom of
that day to impress the peoples and make them fulfill the one-sided love.
