This
is a monologue to his mind by the hero. He is on the way in a distant place from
home for earning. He prevents his pondering on his lover alone at home.
You, my mind, don’t be worry. Alert in
you Endeavor. As soon as the aim reached we shall return home to enjoy with
our lover.
Think. We are passing through the dry
forest. Here is storm. It makes the bamboos touch together to make sound. At
that time the fire catches up. It also makes fire-blasts with sparks that fall
in caves which make the resting deer ran away. Such a dangerous way, we are
passing.
It is evening. The sun sets. Ladies at
home prepare cotton thread to light lamp. On seeing this male-dove calls its
female to shelter. At this time our lover will be thinking us where we are,
with tears in her eyes.
King Seliyan is a philanthropist.
Mount Sirumali is in his country. Flower Kutalam spreads fragrant all over the
mount. The mount is famous for its bamboo. She has her shoulder as this famous
bamboo. Let us enjoy her shoulder hugging only after our earning aim is
fulfilled.
