Drive the chariot not to chase; but to lead. I like to enjoy my lady. She is as sweet as the village Kudavayil. The hero says to his driver.

• ·         The war is over. Drive fast the chariot to get sleep with my lady. The hero requests his driver.
• ·         You, my chariot-driver! You see. The king came and receives tribute. Both the armies are beating Pease-band.   

The poet inserts a historical event to mention the bravery and sweetness of the village.

• ·         Allied seven kings attack the Chola king. PerumPutChenni is the name of the Chola king. Captain Palayan leads the Chola-army. The opponents killed him. Hence, the Chola king himself leads and fights. Six among the seven ran away retreating.   
• ·         Nanan, Atrai, Atti, Gangan, Katti and Puntrurai are the six kings ran away from the war-field. One among the seven King Kanaiyan is caught-up. He is brought to Kalumalam village.
• ·         The king’s capital is Kudavayil. It is inhabitant of rich people with paddy, living hereditary. It is a treasure of new and new income as the village Alumbil. There are ponds in Kudavail village where the elephants enjoy. The village is surrounded by Fort-forests. Such an enjoyable village, it is. The heroin is as sweet as this enjoyable village, the poet describes.
