Every language has some of its own peculiar sound. They are given in their own scripts or adopted scripts. All the phonemes in Tamil are transmitted through 30 phonemic scripts by their individual capacity and along with their added or modified capacity of letter form.
As
other languages Tamil also is need of some English special phonetic scripts to
reproduce its special sounds. There are already so many ways in use.
The
users know the typing difficulty in the above two methods.
Modern
Tamil wants easy method of typing to reproduce the special sounds in Tamil.
- We know tamil 99 method of typing in Tamil scripts without using sift.
- In such a way ‘a formation of transliteration’ is suggested and adopted here afterwards.
I
hope scholars may consider using.
These

The
marks used to show phonetic difference
- Only three marks [,], [;] and [‘] used to punctuate in English and used in typing without ‘sift’ are used to make difference of the special phonemic sounds in Tamil.
The
rules followed in marking
- Use in initial letter of a word
- Use if necessary
- The most occurrence phoneme is left free without mark
- Use [;] mark in lengthening vowel sound
- Use [‘] mark as it falls on while typing for the first letter in alphabetical order
- Use [,] mark for the other one
