SaivaSidanda a Philosophy

SaivaSidanda or SaivaSidandam, a thought end in God Siva is a religious philosophy emerged in 13th century. It was initiated by a philosopher MAI-KANDA-DEVAR by his literary work SIVA-GNAANA-BODAM that means wisdom on Siva. It was well defined by his disciple ARUL-NANDI-SIAAACHARIYAR by another literary work SIVA-GNAANA-SIDDIYAAR that means the enlightenment of Siva.

It finds God Siva being supreme is all in all and life is the smallest one being attached by a desire of bond.

The desirable bond of attachment in life beings is of three kinds: AANAVAM the ego, KANMAM the formation of activities and MAAYAY the fading expectations.

We must know there is no end in quest of unknown God.
