Love poem Kurunthogai # 320

I did not smile with him even one day. Being so, the village-people living in the street where birds are chattering on the showered flowers PUNNAI, is murmuring over our relation, on seeing him on the sand nearby my home where the fish gathered at sea and IRAAL fish gathered at lagoon are laid on sunbath that smells everywhere.

Some in-between meanings are there among these words. Peoples murmur as the birds are chattering and the secret news of clandestine love spreads as the smell of the drying fishes.
