Love poem Kurunthogai # 303

You a Man of littoral land where black-leg-crane (KURUGU) [image] family sleep on THA:ZAI plant the side of a lagoon hearing the lullaby sound of the sea-waves, think about the happenings in her (his lover) part. You played along with her under the sun and shadow of a PUNNAI tree driving crabs. Then onwards her bangles in shoulders are in loose. Her complexion becomes dull with green. (Please save her by wedding)
Friend-maid says to the lover of her lady.

Author of the poem is AMMU:VAN
2nd century B.C.
