Purananuru # 063

The kings died in war
There was pathetic scenery in the battle field.  The war-elephants lay on ground with shot arrows. The cavalry with its warriors and the warriors fought from the chariot were fell on ground. There was no band echo. The two kings fought for the victory were also end their life falling on ground with their chest having decorated with sandal past.
Alas!
What will happen to both of their kingdom where the farm-ladies after work finished swim in ponds happily wearing water-lily flowers on head?
