by the children of pot-makers. 

The king offer the Vanji (the capital of Chera king) to his relative as a gift to cooking wage and Madurai (the capital of king Pandiya) to the dancers (who performs in his court) as an appreciating wage.

Let us all gather together to sing on him and receive his gifts. We have rights.

His country is surrounding the Hill-rock (modern Rock-Fort) that appears as the wet-soil placed on pot making wheel by the children of pot-makers.
