The poet advises the king let the ruling region yield happy to you. (Not to make war)

Retarding, lamb, hunch-back, microplasia, dumb, deaf, beast-instinct, mad – are eight kinds of defects in human life. These may cause some kind of deficiencies in life. But you are all right. Even though, you are not happy.

I like to say something for you.

Some cock-birds indicate the watchers in yellow-millet yield about the danger.

In such a way the warriors inside the fort shoot sugarcane arrows to the seizers. It will destroy the lotus in trench.

The country you are ruling is as a stage that the dramatist has. Make the country-wealth to be happy. If you do not that is your fault.
