The evening time came when the farmers are returning home carrying their basket filled with blooming flowers, the basket which is carried in the morning with seeds (image) to field.

(Her lover used to come in chariot that alarms bell sound.)

But the news that “the bell ringing sound is alarming” is not heard from the voice of any person.

The bell was made by goldsmith in his funeral adding some wax.

It has vast size of mouth.

155. முல்லை

முதைப் புனம் கொன்ற ஆர்கலி உழவர்

விதைக் குறு வட்டி (படம்) போதொடு பொதுளப்

பொழுதோ தான் வந்தன்றே; ''மெழுகு ஆன்று              

ஊது உலைப் பெய்த பகுவாய்த் தெண் மணி

மரம் பயில் இறும்பின் ஆர்ப்ப, சுரன் இழிபு,

மாலை நனி விருந்து அயர்மார்

தேர் வரும்'' என்னும் உரை வாராதே.

தலைமகள் பருவம் கண்டு அழிந்து சொல்லியது.

உரோடகத்துக் கந்தரத்தன் பாடல்

முதைப்புனம் = பழமையான வயல் * 

கொன்ற = உழுத

வட்டி = கூடை * 

பொதுள = நிறைய * 

ஆன்று = அடங்கப்பெற்று

தெண்மணி = தெளிவான ஒலி தரும் மணி * 

இறும்பு = காடு

தட்டான் தன் உலையில் காய்ச்சி மெழுகு வைத்து உருவாக்கிய மணி கட்டிய அவர் தேரின் ஒலி வருகிறது என்னும் செய்தி வரவில்லையே.

காலையில் விதை விதைக்க எடுத்துச் சென்ற கூடையில் மலரவிருக்கும் முல்லை மொட்டுக்களை வைத்துக்கொண்டு உழவர்கள் திரும்பும் மாலைக்காலம் வந்துவிட்டதே!
