Natrinai 179

cow with its new born calf
The nursing mother says about her daughter. My daughter cultivates Vayalai plant in my house yard. A newly calf-born cow eats the plant. She could not drive it thinking its tenderness. But her plant has been destroyed. So she becomes frustrated. She throws her playing ball and doll on the ground and beats on her belly. She was in such a mood on the day before the day of her eloping. I and her mother gave her milk mixed with honey to drink. She refused to eat and wept. Today she eloped with her man with budding beard in chin. He becomes all in all to her. She is passing through an intolerable heating aired land with a smile in her face to appear her teeth. I am worrying.
