Purananuru # 026

Seziya! Your royal elephant plunged into the battle field as a yacht in sea by wind. There you entered with sword, used the royal-bands fetched as cooking pots, crowned-heads as cooking-funeral-stones, bloods as boiling-water and cut-shoulders as grinding spoons to cook war-food.
Further, you did ‘yaga’ done by Brahmins pronouncing ‘veda’ that was learned by hearing.
The fame goes not only for you but also to the defeated kings having the Chance of praising where-ever your name comes.

Poem by: Maangudi Kizaar
Poem to: PAANDIYAN NEDUNJEZIYAN, the king who won the battle at THALAIYAALN_KAANAM war field.
