Purananuru # 045

If there is a war between two brothers,
the looser will be belonging to the same family.
This poem has common indicative message both the opponents waging in war.
The opponent is not a Chera king wearing Palmyra flower or Pandiya king wearing Veembu flower. Both are Chola kings wearing Aar flower.
Anyone’s loss is a loss  to Chola family. Both of you can’t win. So nobody is fighting for the family.
It is to be ridiculed by the kings of other families.

Poem to: NalanKilli, the seizing king and NedunKilli, the seized king
