Purananuru # 017

THONDI (TINDIS - Periplus quote)
You foster My Lord!
You are the ruler and descendant of those who ruled over kingdom without bias between Cape Coumarone on south, Tiruppathi hill on north and sea on east and west.
You attain victory on THONDI war and is ruling over it.
As an elephant released itself from a pit wherein it falls you have released yourself from the prison and joined with your royal family.
One can recover anything he lost by ceaseless endower – you are an example for this saying.
I come to see your endowment calling the receivers by beating your bonds and offering like raining-cloud.
